Useless assistant manager

Hey. Is this a bug? I set the assistant manager to handle all training, and he only selects Ball Control! The other percentages are when I've managed the training myself. But I'm curious as to why the heck he doesn't switch it up at all?

Probably he feels that your players can't control the ball well enough..

Is that his specialist training area?

Have you tried coming back in 6 months and seeing if it's changed?

Yeah it hasn't changed. Ever. Really freakin strange.

Like Telstar said, maybe he feels it was necessary.

What are your assistants stats, is there anything to indicate that he'd stick to one training system?
