v6 Summer Update Help

Hi, I have just about managed to get the summer update onto my game, but when I load it, it doesnt let me pick England? It doesnt let me pick some countries either.
Anybody else had this?
Have I done something wrong?
Here's a print screen of what I mean if this helps..

i have the summer update v6 and it works fine, have you edited anything else, if not delete it and download it again

I might of just put it in the wrong place so for someone reason its done that, where is it ment to be?

You need patch 10.3 for the latest updates.

If downloaded any other database changes and you're using them, that could be a problem.

it becuase of the official patch 10.3 isant installed or isant installed correctly everytime it is this solves peoples proiblems liek this

alot of people have asked this and it always cus of this

Glad you sorted the problem out,next time just hover over the warning signs next to the countries you cant player and it tells u what is wrong with your Database
