Vaclav Kadlec or Neymar

so this is my first post here. I just started a new game using Barca, and unfortunately Villa was injured and out for 7 months, so i need a new striker, i prefer to buy a wonderkid and after spending some times in this forum, i came into conclusion to buy either Kadlec or Neymar (please do not suggest me to buy both of them, since there's still Bojan on the bench).
so please give me suggestion on which player is better. for your consideration, i'm using Koflok's Goal Galore tactic, so i only use 1 striker.
give your sugestion based on your own experience for those who's already using either one of them.
well, basically, any suggestions are welcome!

Neymar has been perfect for me. But he isn't cheap, and certainly not if he already has moved to Chelsea from Santos, so why not just use Bojan?
 
kadlec is a great player for a cheap price but neymar is best signing you can make on fm11

well, after reading some threads in the player forum, i found that those two names are the most talked about, so i figured that both of them are better compared to bojan-correct me if i'm wrong-

I must correct you, Bojan is great player ... don't let his attributes trick you ! :) as second striker, or on right wing ... he is amazing !
 
Vaclav Kadlec. He's cheaper and he can score goals same as Neymar.
Bojan isn't cheap either. :P
So Kadlec gets my vote.

I'm playing with Newcastle using Kofloks tactic and he has hammered in 30 goals in 22 matches. An absoulute beast for £1.2m

Unfortunately I do not have anything like the money or club reputation to get Neymar so I cannot speak for him.

You should develop Bojan though as you have an opportunity to do so and let someone mentor Kadlec and rotate them.
 
On My Arsenal save I cant afford Neymar, I buy Kadlec and he always does the business when used. Very cheap at £1.6m and at 18years old great future ahead of him.
 
Kadlec is very inconsistent IMO. He scores a hatrick one game and then misses 10 sitters the other. That being said if he develops remotely close to how he did in FM10, he is a god.

Neymar plays brilliantly as an Adv. Pl. Attack on the wings.
