Vader skin v1.0, dark skin for Football Manager 2012
I created this skin based on fmlovers skin-red pro

Installation instructions:

• Extract to [user data folder]… My Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2012 \ skins (create “skins” folder if it does not exist)
• Run Football Manager 2012
• Go to Preferences > Display & Sound
• Untick “use skin cache”
• Tick “always reload skin on confirm”
• Confirm

i seem 2 have a problem.....i follow the instructions but i keep getting default skin. i would be grateful if u (or any1 else) could help me out by telling how 2 get rid of default skin.

I'm sorry if I sound annoying by repeating what i've said in installation instruction, but that's exactly what you need to do,
anyway i'm using windows 7 and don't understand about installing fm 2012 skin in other OS.

Its a good skin apart from one thing, the icons on team selection pertaining to the players ability in a position, theyre confusing as red being natural etc. I have tried changing them on "edit skin colours" but they refuse to change.

Red means on fire ! ,, LOL,
but if you prefer default color on position ability in tactic pitch,
open .../vader_skin/settings/vader_skin settings.xml
find "<!-- position ability on tactics pitch -->" field,
change 6 lines below that with this default setting:

<colour name="poor" red="215" green="35" blue="6" />
<colour name="awkward" red="237" green="117" blue="0" />
<colour name="unconvincing" red="233" green="219" blue="0" />
<colour name="competent" red="163" green="204" blue="53" />
<colour name="accomplished" red="96" green="194" blue="30" />
<colour name="natural" red="64" green="240" blue="35" />

save-> reload skin,
