Valencia 2nd Season

I won the la liga in my 1st season at valencia. Now all of the top clubs have poached all my good players. I have sold rodrigo(84m!!), lucas orban, antonio barragan for 145.5m and i have 150m to spend. I need a backup lb, rb, dm and 2 false nine(one left footed and one right footed).

These are my two tactics

1) I need a replacement for Javi Fuego who plays as cm(d) or bwm(d).
2) I need a rwb and a backup lwb.
3) 2 false 9.

I plan on buying memphis depay as a right footed f9 and Berardi or Gabriel Barbosa as left footed f9.
How is Depay as a f9 and who better a f9 Berardi or Gabriel Barbosa? are there any other better options for f9?

Im in my 2nd season with Valencia and came 2nd 1st season, Didnt get any offers of 145mill of even 84 for Rodrigo, I sold Obran for 4mill cause hes useless and just moans, 2nd season i got 12mill to spend, Strange.....
