ive tried editing the valid_takeovers_only file so only rich individual is allowed in England. And have it ticked in extra files, but still when the chairman (Everton) is set to sell the club i still get local business takeovers ?? help please

you can force it to happen using FMRTE...check their website for all details

how can i force it to happen using FMRTE ? all u can do is make chairman status low so he wants to sell, nothing about making it only a rich individual takes over

if all you want is lots of money(ie a rich takeover) why not edit it anyway ...add/change chairman add extra money etc etc using fmrte forces the chairman to sell club....no guarantee takeover will be by a mega rich owner

there is a way you can do it with editing the valid_takeovers_only file so it makes only rich individual takes over. i no i can use fmrte but thats not what am asking
