Having players in your squad who can fill in several positions is a massive advantage, especially when you need to start rotating.

Gonzalo Castro -

Christian Träsch -

Kevin Grobkerutz is the ultimate utility man. competent in ever position except CB! (Not sure if its like that at the beginning of the game, but was when I took over at Dortmund at the end of the 2nd season)

Dempsey in my Spurs save is a Nice Cover at many positions... CM - Accomplished, LW - Accomplished, RW - Accomplished, Striker - Accomplished, LM - Accomplished, RM - Competent, CAM - Natural...

Oscar De Marcos (Athletic Bilbao). On FM12 I bought him on my Arsenal save and he was fantastic, this year I did a Bilbao save and he was fantastic, initially on the wings, then occasionaly as an AM or WB. He can play pretty much anywhere except striker, CB or GK!

The Ox (Oxlade-Chamberlain)! He can play ML, MR, MC, AML, AMR, AMC even ok as a striker. Vurnon Anita is pretty versatile too.
