Hi guys!! Here is my best tactic for Football Manager 2014!!
The tactic is based upon a 4-2-3-1 tactic, with a two fullbacks on automatic, one central defenders on coverand one ball-playing defender on stoper, two central midfielder: one on attack duty and one on defend, two winger on attack, a trequartista and a pocher. I chose the mentality on attacking and a fluid fluidity.
Testing this tactic with Galatasaray and win the championship, cupa, supercupa and in champions league reached the quarter-finals.
With Celtic win the championship, cupa, cupercupa, in champions league finished 3rd in group-stage and in euro-league reached the semi-finals.

Training: in pre-season-general trainig=> fitness with very high intensity level
- match training=> tactics only
in season:-general training=> team cohesion with average intensity level
-match training=> att. movement
