I started a new game and loaded a lot of the different leagues like Belgium, Mexico, Netherlands, Turkey, Russia, USA, Australia,... to my normal number of leagues (England, Italy, Spain, Brazil,..). Now they say that the number of players is over the recommended amount of players (75000). How much will this slow down my game? Are there any other problems which occur when I choose that many players?

I have a mac book. I know that it isn't really the fastest
 
I play with Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, England, Ukraine, Russia, Italy and Portugal and it's quite fast actually. Take in mind that I have a I7 2.66GHz MacBook Pro.
 
Same Macbook as Fish, i play with between 40-60k players a game and never have a problem. Thats roughly 10-20 countries and 1-2 leagues per country.
 
Only have the minimum players, thats enough for me, out of interest if i wanted to play every league with 3d what laptop would i need to buy? and how much?
 
it works well when I play with 50k players, but when I choose over 75k they say that it is over the recommended number. Will this change anything or will any players not appear?

No, your game might just become slow.
 
My laptop is quite slow so I play England all divisions playable and view the top division in Belgium, France, Greece, Germany, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Turkey, Russia and the Ukraine
