Virtual grey un-playable players

hey this could of been asked before but why cant i buy virtual grey players? there stats are pretty good but i cant make an offer or scout them

im in a save with just england selected and checked the german national team and it was full of virtual's but ive seen that in a different save i have and when i selected germany as a playable nation it was the proper national team and those virtual players never to be seen again

just wondering why that is

because they are, as you said, virtual players. they're essentially there so a club doesn't end up having no players when you look at it. You need to select a country as playable if you want non-grey players lol

ya was hoping there was some way of signing one. saw a class 23yo AMC sucks i cant buy him haha its only with the german squad tho because i dont have spain selected either but yet there squad is the proper national team. Thanks for your input tho, appreciate it

The game doesn't have rights for the German national team, the team you see in the game have the same stats as Ozil, Gomez, Neuer etc.

Compare Ozil to the 23 yo AMC and they will be identical.
