Wage and salary help

Hello
In board meetings it shows I have a big wage budget of £784,165 per week but when I go to finances >salary it says my max wage allowed is £2,500

Can I have help having a big salary allowed budget so I can buy decent players. How can I change my salary to a bigger wage per week?

I think that £784k is the allocated wage budged, not your remaining wae budget.
