Wage budget going nuts

After tweaking slider which decides the difference between wage and transfer budget it looks like I completely decreased my wage budget...Now transfer budget can't get any lower and it's lowest point is 2.5 M...And max. wage I can offer is 150€ lol

Can you not ask the board to increase the wage budget, may sort it out.

Get rid of some staff members and some players? Surely you can't need the amount of coaches you've got or scouts?

You can see that under ''Budget adjustments'' says: ''Board will not allow you to increase the wage budget as they feel it's high enough already''. I never had problems with this :O

I don;t think that's the problem, my wages are only 39k when I started I had budget of 60k. And this is second season...I already sold couple of players.

You got any dead wood lying around? Release players on free? Try to negotiate contracts down in private chat?

Either that or just release some players that you don't need. Unless you can ask for more transfer budget and then put that into your wage budget.

I already did that but that doesn't solve the problem....I mean the thing i don't understand is why I don't have an option to put 3.3 M of transfer budget into wage? Or at least some of it? That worked before.

Again strange thing happend, I got rewarded with 7M for entering the Champions league, my transfer budget got increased, but guess what, wage budget is still same oO) And I still cant adjust it with slider...I released some players and stuff, my wages are under the wage budget, but still no improvement.
