Wage budget

Im a but of new comer to FM and i want to know how to change the problem that when i offer i contract to one player it says i have £1,700 but dont offer him one then go to another player it says i only have £100.
Any one know why?

It depends on the role of the player. I mean, if you select "Key Player" in the contract, you can offer him much more wage, than in for example "Rotation".
