Wage Budgets

In the editor on the wage budget section...what does the figure represent? how much the max wage can be for one player? or the total amount spent on wages per week or month or what? very confused by this atm.

If you mean when editing a team, the wage budget is the wages they can spend on every player and staff member per month.
