The goal for me playing FM is reaching insane stats in terms of goals, points and average rating on players. If I found a tactic that made you win 1-0 all the time, it would be a failure. This tactic is the closest I've got so far.
High pressure combined with strong centre backs is always a success on FM, and this tactic is in that manner alike the tactics "Bad Posession" and "2-2-3-3 Extinction". The tactic is based on these two and my ideas from old FM - games.
Training: Make sure your offensive game is fluid. Then you train defense. Mainly I leave training for my assistant manager, but I almost always change match preperation to offensive movement.
Tested with Real Madrid.

I'm not gonna write a novel here. Follow these instrucions:
1. Make sure your wingers take the corner kicks.
2. Make sure your DM win most duels.
3. Make sure your CD win the duels and mark all right.
4. Make sure you use your best striker in the centre.
5. The other strikers may also be strikers. But they need more skills besides finishing.
PS: I've got 10-14 games to go this season, have scored 293 goals so far in all competitions...
