I want to become Barca manager, so i added new user retired him applied but keep getting rejected, ive used the real time editor to do everything possible so they wud hire me but no luck, what can I do?

On an old game I resigned as everton manager after 6 years of success, won the double in the 6th year, and a few league cups on the way.
I though I could get a job at Barca or Real, but when Real Position was available they rejected me, I ended up seeking employment in League one side Burnley.
(yeah they were relegated then,)

What I'm saying is swapping jobs in game, you cant be picky, like in real life I guess
