"Warning: Attempted to create widget in invalid column"

I've just installed the 10.2 patch, and when I go to "Manager Overview" this messege occurs and I have to click 7-8 times ok, it sucks. What have I to do to solve it?
I hope someone can help me

maybe there are conflict with your Skin coz i install 10.2 patches n using default skin without problem..
