• Who is the worst team (judged by media predicted finish) you've been that has managed to win the Premier League in the first season is?
• The least amount you have spent to win the Premier League and with who?

For me on FM10 it was Liverpool on both fronts, won the league and spent 0, but that's only because I know the team well, I'm guessing there are a fair few FM basers who have managed to win the league in the first season with a lot worse teams than that.
