Wasting with chance

Hi guys,

I am playing for Arsenal possession football. I have a possession usualy about 65% and also 12-20 shots (only +- 4 on goal). Opponent has only 2-3 per game. My players are wasting almost everything and most of shots are going almost to corner flag Also they failed in one to one chance. The final result is usualy 0-0.

Can someone advise how to improve shooting ?

how many clear cut chanses do you have in your games, if you don't have many you wont score many goals. otherwise it could be your teamtalk that isn't good enough and therefore doesn't motivate your players

I have 3 ccc per game. Is it low number ? I think there is no problem with teamtalk.

Try using the sideline shout work ball into boz. Or going to the players roles and moving long shots all the way down.

Like Zacky said, plus tell your strikers to place shots, round keeper (if quick and skilled), lob keeper (if technically gifted), and stop blasting ball at goal.
