I Started A New Man Utd Save And Instead Of Usually Retraining Him To Play AMC I Thought I'd Try This Role Out He Scored 2 Goals In Charity Shield Playing There Do You Think He Can Be A Sucess There? Has Anyone Tried Retraining Him To Play There

He is only competent in the AML role and he only have average versatility + he is aged.
Personally I would think it was a waste of training time.

But it's just my input.

I have'nt had the 14.version of Rooney in any of my teams. But he is really declining in all my saves (but that is with an AI-manager).

Pretty sure Rooney would be best utilized as an Amc or as a striker. if you were to retrain him into anything else, my bet would be he would work as an excellent box to box midfielder

thanks for the input guys ill keep rooney & januzaj for amc roles then gonna utilize welbeck & kagawa as inside forwards on the left i want that to be welbecks long term position i dont like having too youngsters fighting for same position stunts there growth like sum1 experienced & sum1 young same with comptition for rafael i bort in arbeloa good enough to fill in but not good enough to play more games then him
