Weak Headers

Does anyone else think that when a player attempts to head the ball its very weak?

I have Negredo as my target man and everytime he gets an header it is so weak its untrue, he hasnt scored 1 yet!
 
Bought Iaquinta for my N power League 1 side. He has 1 Natural Fitness but everytime he connects with his head is a goal. Maybe Negredo is out of position or he is playing against strong CB that wont let him head the ball so easily so he connects badly.
That would make a lot of sense actually.
