Weird Injury Problem?

Just started a valencia save and big Nikola Zigic got injured:

On patch 10.3, just wondering if anyone else see this before?

i got that with Jerome Thomas with Ipswich. But he had a broken ankle

It was a bug on a update that i downloaded.
