Weird occurrence when it comes to player morale

Can anyone shed some light on this weird occurrence when it comes to player morale - My teams morale was all at a steady fairly good/good when it came to match day at 00:00, however when i pressed continue and it got to 15:00 and i went to pick my team, all my players' morale was either poor or very poor, they didn't react to any of my pre match comments, it just did it out of nowhere, and now i go into Man United away, with everyone at ****** morale. Wtf! Anyone else have this before?

Go to your captain and vice captain ask them about the moral of your team...If you can't ask them try to arrange a meeting...do something for god sake...
