Weird problem with Renewing my players contract < Help

A player on my team wants a new contract so I offer him one and he agent wants a minimum fee release clause of 890million... I don't quite understand lmao my team only has something like 16million at the moment so why would he want such a high release clause?

Means nothing really. What club will pay you £890m for your player. Teams in Spain have to have a release clause in there players contracts.

I am MK don's in the 9th season. Premiership 2nd - 5th finishing most years. the Player is Roderick Miranda will that change anything?

its kinda suggesting that unless you sell him he knows hes safe at the club

A release clause that high has no relevance and will not effect you the player or the team in any way.
