Different players, if you want a poacher go for Werner, if you want a Complete/Target Man go for Mitrovic, from my experience they are both great but I'd personally go for Mitrovic as he's always averaged around a goal a game!

First season I was playing him as a Poacher and he was a backup/cover for Jackson Martinez but in his 2nd season I was playing him as a Advanced Forward and you can see in the screenshot how much goals he scored.
