Right, I am just about to go into my 5th season with West Brom and the board have gave me 23mil to spend with and 825k wage budget, Currently using 725k wages so I can offer a decent wage.

Any realistic suggestions would be appreciated
Just to add, i'll have Thiago Alcantara coming from barca on a free shortly since his contract was running out and wouldn't accept barcelona's terms, so do you reckon he could fill that role?
Only downside is that he has low teamwork which is an 8. (Needs a big improvement on that in FM12 imo)
Raikan has stated that the AMC should have good stats in: Agility, Creativity, Passing, Dribbling & Teamwork
