Offload some players to start with as there are quiet a lot of average players in the West Brom team, I offloaded - Thomas, Tchoyi, Scharner, ***, Bednar, Fortune & Gera. I brought in Gary Hooper (6m) - Andile Jali (350k) , Wilfried (2.5m) & Phil Bardsley (1.6m), I then got Sturridge on loan in January and also bought Marco Veratti (5m). Hope this helps.
