West Brom

I have just started a new game and I am the manager of West Brom. I have not sold any of the players and not brought in anyone. Can someone please give me advise as to which players and formation is best to go for.

I had a season with another club before restarting, but I just can not get the hang of this game. I am open to any ideas anyone has got.
