West Ham 3rd Season Help!

I've just finished my 2nd season as West Ham, finished 9th which I think is a pretty good effort! I Have been given 19 Million to spend at the start of the 3rd season. Any suggestions on how I can improve my team? Thanks guys

Adebayor's loan is about to end but hopefully I can get him on a free as his contract is about to expire.

Couldn't get Adebayor, he wanted 190k a week! So I need a striker desperately now!

Tevez? He usually goes down to 120-150k.

Tevez doesn't want to discuss with me for some reason :/, Sanogo has gone on loan to Rangers, Podolski is too much, Doumbia also wouldnt discuss with me :/
