I'm in my first season with West Ham, i have about 10m.

Who should i sell and who should i buy?

Sell these:

1. SPEC(TA)TOR
2. Nigel Quashie
3. Dean Ashton (if possible)
4. Franco (to buy some other much better striker)
5. Possibly Danny Gabbidon

Train prospects: Frank Nouble, Zavon Hines and Junior Stanislas.

As for the players to buy... Decent strikers. One solid central defender. And a midfield backup.
Next step will be to sell Kovac. And then you're pretty much set.

I Reccomend signing Franco di Santo from chelsea on a season long loan with option to buy for around the £5 Million mark, he has work wonders for me with 24 assists and 24 goals in 38 matches with a average rating of 7.92, He is a fantastic front man.
