West Ham: Losing all money help please!

I've been playing with west ham a little more then a halv a year. I started on balance with west ham 400 mil, Now I only got 200 mil. I lose 40 mil every month. What should I do to stop this and go + insteed of - all the time?

It's the bank loans that are killing WHU's not so deep pockets. Try cutting wages (ie fringe players), move any spare transfer money over the wages.

I used Niall's West Ham Guide in FM11. It had a very helpful link with tip on making a profit which i'm still using with my current FM12 AS Roma save.
