Does Anyone Have Any Sugestions To Strenghen The Squad ?

i only bought wilfried from vittesse and he is fantastic 14/14g , got danny wilson and macheda on loan, my advice try levan kenia (amc) or badelj (dmc) or maybe save money for premier league, u will need it :)
 
Darwin Quinteiro and Celso Borges. Amazing strike partnership with Borges as DL striker or terequista and Quniteiro as Poacher. Finished the championship with 128 goals for the team.

Quinteiro - absolute beast poacher around 2 - 2.5 mil
Celso Borges - around 900k but you can sing him on pre contract and will come in Jan. Best bargain utility man in the game.
Bressan - super cheap for his quality. Train him as AMR as well.
A Vass - cheap quality DMC. No Mom peformances but very consistent
Mushaga Bakenga - great cheap Norwegian striker. Will develop into a solid AML/ST for the Premiership
Ivan Bankalovski - Cheap Bulgarian DR. Amazing buy. Very consistent

Second Mushaga Bakenga his not Danish tough, learn to do some research he's Norwegian.
Played as a beast for me before selling him to aston villa.
I also have Darwin Quinteiro bought him quite late good striker(poacher) but has not been amazing for me as Bakenga had.
 
Adem Ljaic defo a recommended player. u might wanna loan him cuz really he is expensive cuz he's good. maybe if u cna persude ur board to buff up ur budget , them u can get him. afsik, he might cost 15m+ :)
 
You had 2.2 mill and you spent 2.2 mill so you've nothing left???
I suggest Kara (I don't know the club),21 years old, DMC or DC, would be a good buy (1mill)
Romario, RB, Vitoria, 16 Years old. +- 0.8 mill
Luis Guilherme, GK, 19, +- 0.7 mill
They are great and cheap ;)
 
For me West ham has been a really fun team to manage. They have good youth facilities and a training center which ensures you'll always get a couple of good regens. At the same time their first season wage & transfer budget are big enough to really strenghten your squad.

The players I would recommend buying are: Kara, Wilfried, Kweuke, Fierro (free transfer at the end of 1st season), Bressan, Jali, Mathoho, Yttegård, Belluschi (only if you play with a man in the hole though), Kusnir, Limbersky and Wome. Try to be as quick as possible when bidding on these players and get ready to face some stiff competition, but if you manage to get even half the players, you should have no trouble first winning the chanpionship and then finishing in an euro cup place the second season.
 
If you ever get the chance buy 'Juanmi' Brilliant young trequarista striker. i got him for 5.25mil. I know its not in your budget but when i was west ham i bought him and he got me promoted and then was my top scorer in the prem
