Ad, the post says £17

I reckon he's worth 12m tops, will probably be a good partnership with him and Tevez if he stays. Don't know why Spurs are bidding though, Keane and Berbatov (and then Defoe) are all good enough for their first team, they don't need another striker who will expect to be in the team every week.
