Okay, I'm Manager of West Ham who are predicted 15th in the league ... but my team has performed enough to secure a possible 4th-11th possibility although I only see my self placing 7th or 8th.

I have 3 players coming into the club next season as of now listed below:

I'am hoping that I can get rid of Robbie Keane as soon as possible as I know he will suck up my wage's at £70,000 a week.
Levan Mchedildze will come into the club as a prospect and a back up, depending how well he does and how much he improves will determine whether he gets into the starting 11.
Jonathan dos Santos was just too good a future prospect to turn away from!
And here is a list of the players I have already bought into the club this season!

N'Gadi, Nlundulu, Gunnarsson, and Ness are all future prospects for my team. I sent them all on loan apart from Gunnarsson who I was unable to, guess it was too late in January! Soukouna is one of the future sale's for the team... had in a past game and got 10 million for him so I'm hoping I can get a good deal later in the game for him!
Comotto and, Javi Garcia were bought to fill out the roster with some good talent.
Enyeama and Fazio were too good to turn away from!
Taarabt will hopefully become Parker's more offensive replacement looking for goals and assists rather than defensive or captaining ability.

I don't know how much money I will get yet come the new season but I think it will be quite a lot. What I need from you guess is advice on how to improve the squad that has done me so well without ruining the whole atmosphere that has been created!

Cheers!

Okay so I have finished the season comfortably in 7th!
This is the squad after losing my loaned in players!

People leaving at end of contract:
Lars Jacobsen as I didn't need him with my new signing Nedum Onuoha from Man City for £2,500,000!
Daniel Gabbidon as I didn't really play him, he isn't up to the team standards and central defense spot is filling up in my team.
Kieron Dyer £70,000 a week ... need I say more?
Benni McCarthy £40,000 a week ... Joke right ?
and Youth player Andea Zola who I believe is talentless and has no potential in the club!
I also sold Ahmed Soukouna for £5,500,000 plus 30% of the profit made on his next transfer!

I believe he could of been good at the club but when an offer like that comes around it hard to say no too, especially with a struggling financial team like West Ham!

I'm looking to make improvements to my ageing forwards and inexperienced back four! Here is a Shortlist I complied;

They were chosen because of their cheap accessibility and talent!
After Newcastle have been relegated I thought I would look at the brothers Ryan and Steven Taylor! I believe they could make a real good defensive impact!
The rest are all transfer listed apart from Jose Enrique who is just like the Taylor brother and Yobo who is in Everton Reserve side!
I believe that all these players could have a good impact but signing them all would mean I would have to perform a squad clearance getting rid of a lot of of players!
The Budget I have is £9,000,000 after the club spent money on a stadium expansion!

Okay even though no one helped me I thought I would update this to show the improvement I have made and also the finances for the first time to show there as been no mal-practice!

So despite the amazing performance of my club last season coming from being predicted 15th to finish 7th and gain EC while reaching the Finals of the FA Cup the board didn't see it fit for me to have a descent transfer or wage budget! Although none the less the squad has change A LOT! and I have got in a few new face's! My formation has changed from a 4-2-2-2 (a lot of wing play) to a 4-3-3 (narrow play)! Even with the change in formation and the introduction of many players into the much smaller squad I expect that this team is a lot better then what I had last season!

Despite their age I believe that these 2 signings could really shape the future of the club this year especially as I don't have a true left-back (any recommendations). With both defenders fit this season I should be able to make a good push for 6-4th place in the league and a good champaign in Europe!

I had to get rid of a lot of players this season to open up cap space and get more of a transfer budget to add on to the small amount I was given! Here are some of the transfers made!

I decided to bring to bring in both Yobo and Mensah to bolster the back 4 for the majority of the season although I'm not looking forward to the African Nations Cup when I will lose both of them to international duties!

I also had to bolster the middle of the park and decided to bring in Park Ji-Sung and Valero!

When I saw Valero was interested in joining the club I was excited... who could resist a former Spanish Player of the Year winner! He should be a good creative force in the team gather a lot of assists I'm sure! The acquisition of Park was because I didn't feel I had fully replaced Parker after his £7,500,000 sale to Manchester Untied last season so I hope he can take over his role ... also the fact that he could only help us with our BIG money problems with shirt sales and also giving us a bigger profile in Asia!

So with the remainder of the budget I will be bringing in Caicedo from Manchester City to assist the club for the season!

So what I need help with now is Wingers and Full Backs!
P.S If you guys would like me to change this into a blog please shout!

Should I buy Adeybayor for £4,900,000 wages will be about £130,000 p/w?
