Sky News Reporter: Joe Atuahene you stand here as the new West Ham United manager surely you have heard alot about there history and you still wanted to manage them?

Joe Atuahene: Well yeah i have heard alot about the club but that doesn't stop me from managing them as they are a great club and i just want to bring back that greatness to them again and hopefully with the boards backing i can.

Sky News Reporter: Do you have any players in mind to sign or have anyone in the team that you think should move on from the club?

Joe Atuahene: Well i will be looking to sign some players to help me with my success at the club i will have a look at the club and see if maybe some players might have to go but i defo want to keep the likes of Robert Green and Mark Noble and other great West Ham stars so i am happy with the players but will be looking to improve in a few positions or two.

Sky News Reporter: And what is your relationship with the chairman David Sullivan and David Gold?

Joe Atuahene: Well we haven't really meet with eachother yet but i no that we will end up having a great relationship with eachother because if it wasn't for them i wouldn't have no money to spend on players 'hahaha' so yeah we will hopefully have a good friendship with eachother.

Sky News Reporter: What formations will you be looking to go out with?

Joe Atuahene: I will stick to the casual 4-4-2 and if things don't improve i will be looking to make some changes but then again i will also be asking the team what positions they feel they play better in so i can get the best out of them.
