Sam allardyce has been sacked as manager of West Ham United FC

Vincenzo Lorenzi has appointed as manager of West Ham United.
The Italian manager is born in Empoli and has Swedish parents.
The board of West Ham thinks he will be the right manager.

Vincenzo Lorenzi has been told to play attacking football witch he will follow.
Vincenzo Lorenzi said he will be playing attacking football with young players. He will be bringing in some new fresh young players but will also sell the right players to accomplish this. He will also bringing in new staff because he want to play Euro Cup within the next three years.

Transfer rumours.
There are rumours of Barbossa,Hughes and Rhodes joining the Hammers. Winston Reid, Tomkins, Noble, Jarvis and Downing leaving but nothing has been confirmed. The Hammers are also looking for a rightback, left winger or right winger and some goalgetters because Carrol is injured for the next 6 months. Who will be oining under the lead of Vincenzo Lorenzi?..

I managed to play a little with the budget and let some players go. I brought in Hughes, Rhodes and Aurier on a really cheap price. I need to say i got lucky but Rhodes could go op till 10 million on clausules same story with Aurier.
Vaz Te was bought by Porto and they first offered me 5 million but i could bump it up. Demel and J??skel?inen had both a good play in the first match en were offered 1,9 million both but i didn't wanted to lose Demel en put the price on 3,5 and they accepted..

Matches

West Ham United 3-1 B. Jerusalem

We absolutely won with a little score comparing with our ball possession (73%) on shots (43) but we played wel and should had scored goals but I was pretty happy about it. Stewart Downing score 2 goals and Ma?ga also scored a goal. Mark Noble injured himself but he could play already back at the next match. Also young players as Morrison and Spence both layer 90 minutes.

West Ham United 1-3 Sampdoria

A poor match for the team. I was even disappointed about how we played. I could say I was the problem of the loss I did play the younger players and I was searching for the right tactic so it wasn't the greatest match of us. Stewart Downing scored another goal for the Hammers.

West Ham United 0-1 Anderlecht
The most frustrating match of my whole life ! We were far the best team we were even playing fantastic football but we couldn't score our goals we even missed 2 shots were there was no keeper in sight. We played fantastic in the second half we had 70% ball possession and 54 shots. In the 70 minute Collins tackled Bruno and there was nothing wrong about it .. Penalty .. The 0-1. We got 10 more shots on target after de penalty but couldn't score one of them.

Lugo 2-2 West Ham United
Another match where I tried to change tactics. We didn't really good in the beginning but after the 30th minute it's
2-0 . I thought it was over but we were fighting back and just after the break it was Jorden Rhodes with his first goal for the hammers. It was time to bring in some new blood so i brought in hughes, morrison, Aurier, Collison and Reid (was injured till this match) and they al played fantastic and it was again Jordan who scored the goal.

Man of the Month : Stewart Downing
With 3 goals in 2 games and playing 3 of the 4 games with a rating above 7.5 I could say he was far out the best.

I tought I could secure the staying of Diam? with a release clause of 32 million. But my friends arsenal have directly triggered the clausule. Thanks arsenal.. I brought in Radja Nainggolan for 12,5 million because i needed a new center midfielder. Barbosa was a difficult sign with also a release clause of 9,5 million.

Barclays Premier League

Arsenal 1-7 West Ham United

A fantastic game really really good. I don't know why but arsenal played with 2 defenders (?) so i played wit 3 man upfront. Jordan Rhodes scored 2 goals; Downing, Noble, Jarvis, Collison and morrison al scored 1 goal.
It was a fantastic game and we played like we where the best team ever but we took advantage of the 2 defenders.

West Ham United 1-1 Everton
Where was the luck of the Arsenal game? Nowhere.. We were by far the best team of both but we couldn't score and we made just one stupid foul in the hole game and of that freekick everton scored. Jarvis did wel and scored from a fantastic angle.

Liverpool 5-0 West Ham United

The scores says enough really poor match.. We missed our central duo in the back (reid-tomkins) and Jarvis all injured. It was really a problem missing those guys.

Capital One Cup (2nd round)

West Ham United 3-0 Bristol City

We played the match like we should play every match. We were playing fantastic fast football. But again the finishing was a problem. I hope it won't be the problem for the full season but we are doing fine when we need to. 3 goals of Rhodes, Downing and Morrison.

I'm sorry, this has to be cheating. How can you get 3 million for Cole when he's valued at under a million, Petric just signed and you shouldnt be able to sell him and Jussi is worth a tenth of what you sold him for given his age, suspicious
 
And yet nobody pointed the most weird thing here - 7-1 away win over Arsenal :)
 
Manager stories these days are plagued by 'cheating' whether it be irregular fees or unbelievable achievements... I've given up writing as my struggles simply get lost amongst the fabricated ones.

Regarding the "suspiciouse" transferprices, i you had bothered to read around on forums you would know that the transfer situation in the game is totaly weard and that much much stranger things have happened. For instance after buying Alex Grimaldo twice from barcelona its now 3 of him in my game.
I sold Inigo martinez to PSG for 45M after i asked for 35 when they bid 25.

I dont think there is anything wrong with this tread, and if you got problems with it then just stay away.
Even if it had been a cheat or whatever who cares? its a nice tread about a career, and thats always good reading if you ask me :)

What you could do to kill all suspiciouse activity is post a picture of the transfers so they can see that not all players vent to Arsenal etc.
