West ham

Ive just sat and watched a dreadfull performance by west ham (west ham 1 - 3 wolves) and have been given the urge to start a fresh game and manage them.
i just wondered if anyone can tell me what state they are in on the 10.3 patch? finances and player quality etc....

Maybe don't be so lazy and start up FM and look yourself, that would be easier.
