What achievements have you unlocked?

Basically this thread is for the achievements unlocked, on Football Manager 2010. The Achievements feature was new for the 2010 game, and is built into Steam. So for those of you who don't use Steam, you won't be able to achieve the achievements

So, here is your opportunity to tell us:

• How many achievements have you unlocked?
• Are you working towards any in particular?
• What is that elusive achievement that seems so hard to reach
• Which are you most proud of and why?
• How did you earn your achievement (ie, if you have unlocked the achievement "Cash To Burn," which is when you sell a player for £30m or more, who did you sell?)

There have been some threads regarding achievements, but none that seem to be quite like this, most have been closed anyway - so I shall keep this open.

I have 42/60 achievements (70%). And my favourite has to be Part of the Furniture for staying with Real Madrid for 10 years.

Slightly off topic, but I found it amusing on the achievement stats that nearly 20% of people who have activated the game on steam haven't signed anyone or won a game.

I've only got 38%, it's fair to say I'm rather poor at FM, think I will unlock a few more soon though.
