What after Promotion?

I just gained promotion with southhampton. I used the GoalsGalore Tactic. I was already certain of my league victory with 6 games to go. Well, would you guys advice me to find a more defensive tactic in the league championship? Or just keep using the GoalsGalore? I just fear it will be too attacking.

If I were you Id keep this tactic for home games and try using a more defensive/counter one for away games and see how it goes

If you just got promoted I find that GoalsGalore isn't effective. You will need to have two strikers up front to make a difference. EPL has really good back players. There are some good 4-4-2 tactics in the forums.

with my sheffield wednesday save i used the same tactic and with the right signings i came second first time

The most important thing you can after promotion is win your home games- Its the bread and butter to survival, make St. Marys a fortress- I'd use the Goals Galore tactic for this.

However, I'd challenge you to make your own tactic for away matches- Anything on the road would be a bonus, so it wouldn't need to be massive. I'd try either Control or Counter-Attacking football, nothing too fluid for me. Put in a Holding DM and make sure the FB's aren't attacking- Winning with your own tactic makes the glory feel alot better.

As for signings, I'd stick with your top performers from League One, and add in some firepower- I wish you luck!
