What age are Carlos Fierra and M Niang ready for the first team

So, I managed to get these 2 quite cheap, but they are both ony 18. I've aready sent them on loan once, so when do people start slipping them into the first team?

Same with Lucas Anderson - 18 years old

I have a Sanago as well and he is already pulling his weight at 20

Carlos Fierro I rotate in the first team ASAP, get his CA rising as soon as you can.
 
It would be best if you loan Fierro out for one more season. When he comes back, start integrating him into the 1st team. He could become the best striker in the game.

Niang can be given chances straight away.

I don't think Sanogo will reach anywhere near the level ofFierro. By the way, what team are you managing?

Southampton - Sanogo got 15 goals and 5 assists in his first season in the EPL, same as Darwin Quint, they are my 2 main strikers. I finished 2nd. Bresson got 2 goals and 12 assists and G Sigur got 11 assists
 
I agree with dwaipayan7, Fierro is so much better than sanogo, Fierro has scored 46 League Goals in 2 seasons for me so far, sanogo i opted not to sign, same with niang as i have neymar already lol
 
Fierro is often good enough after the first season(as a backup). Niang usually takes a little longer, but is well worth the wait. Put them in for cup games, lesser league games etc, try to get them at least 15-20 apps per season
 
I've played Fierro since the day I got him and he's been the best player i've ever signed
 
Sanogo been good for me off the bench in Seasons 2 & 3 ('12/'13 & '13/'14)

Good scoring run in the cups (Top Scorer in League Cup) and knocking on the door of the 1st XI...

Just signed Fierro for 8.5m going into next season ('14/'15) - him and Saviola will be sharing the role straight away.
 
My Chelsea save signed Fierro but he need work permit to play.
How to get him play?
 
loan him to a feeder club with work permit clause.
when he comes back from loan offer him a new contract if he still needs work permit, then loan him again. Diff nations have diff rules for when he doesnot need a work permit.

fierro Wp? Never seen it. I signed him in my second season for £14.75 mil. and he's been my rotation striker, my main strikers are higuain, cavani, benzema and neymar
 
fierro has been awesome in my team. he is 21 now and has just scored 30 goals last season.
 
Niang on his 9th league start, just scored a first half hat trick v Arsenal!

Had him need one the 1st time I tried to bring him to Wolves... Ended up getting him cheaper a couple of seasons later anyways
 
It's quite tricky if you use 1 ST formation, if you play them you'll risk of costing your game but if you only play them in UCL (against weak teams) or cup games they won't get much game time...
 
Yep, Niang is very very good at 19 (currently using Raikan's Target Man Winger tactic, so 2 poachers upfront
I started him alonside Quintero and now 22 goals and 8 assists in 31 apps, many as sub. The kids a machine! Even in the CL

Currently playing Niang at 18 in the prem with crystal palace on his own up front, currently has 19 goals and 10 assists in 19 games.
