What are the best leagues to have running for regens?

Thinking of restarting as I'm getting fed up of no new ace regens.

What are the best leagues to have as playable?

You could just 'Load all players' from South America so you get all the Brazilian , Argentinean etc players ?
Not sure if this would result in more Regens though.

Im not too sure, but i am in my 4th season with Liverpool and i have 3 leagues loaded...

Serie A
Barclays PL
Liga BBVA

In my 4th season, i haven't had a regen who has a PA over 190. Very disappointed although i have one who has a PA of 189. Loads of regens between 165-179. And i mean loads...

its not just about the league, but the detail too. a fully playable league will create more quality regens than a view only one

No, this only loads the players, not the leagues.

More leagues I think should lead to more/better regens.

in my game by far the best: france, brazil and argentina
also good: italy, germany, spain, portugal and england

My experience, all the leagues

but if you had to trim the list

Brazil, Argentina, France, Germany, Spain

then italy holland and portugal

France tends to get good Regens, but the best would be Brazil, Argentina, Spain and Italy.
