... if I want him to control nearly EVERYTHING?
OK. So, I like to play like this... When I start a new game, I just fix the tactics, buy some players, and some other stuff. Then when the season starts, I pretty much go on a holiday for like a month, and let my assistant manager coach in all matches, do the team talking, attend all conferences, and all that. After the month I fix stuff if needed, and then I do the same thing, over, and over. This is how a like to play, and I think it is really nice.
Because I want an assistant manager who knows how to deal with all this stuff as well as possible, I need to know what attributes to look for.
I think that Motivating is needed, because of team talks, and Substitutions, so that he can make the right decisions there.
What else is needed, people?
Thanks.
