What CAs should I look for ??

Ok I admit I've cheated and looked at fmtre to look for CAs of regens but what numbers should I look for ?? I'm Chelsea challenging every year on all fronts but need to start looking forward so what's good there's one lad on there that has a future CA of 200 will it stay like that if he's used and developed right ??

PA never changes. He will always have a PA of 200 but he might not reach that target, or it may take him a long time!

I sometimes use Genie Scout on my not so serious save and I look for anything over 160 PA
