Personally Id go for a fluid 442 with wingers.

Line up would be like this:

Van Persie----Aguero
Nasri---------------------------Walcott
Wilshire---Fabregas
Clichy---Hummels----Vermaelen---Cuellar
Neur

Nasri and Walcott as inside forwards so they cut in.
Wilshire as a Ball winner, Cesc as a deep lying Playmaker
Van Persie as a Trequista and Aguero as a poacher.
Wouldnt be too bothered about defence, leave them standard.

All id buy is a good new CB. Lots of options depending on budget.

And Id sell the following:
Denilson,Rosicky,Arshavin,Ronaldinho and Zigic And possibly 2 of your defenders. Just use these funds to find a few younger and better replacements as there are better younger players out there.

Buy CB like Steve said and if you have 12-13mil sitting around buy Douglas Costa, guys a beast on the wings.

Not Sure Why You Have Bought Zigic. I Would Sell All Of The Players Mentiond On Above Thread. You Will Get Money For Transfers And Increase You Wage Budget. I Would Also Sell 1 Of Your Goal Keepers As You Won't Need 4. I Normally Only Have 2 And If One Gets Injured, Play The One On The Bench And Bring In A Youth For The Bench.
