What do the other .lnc files do?

I know that deleting the 'fake.lnc' fixes the German national team, but is it recommended to delete the other .lnc files? What will that do?

P.S. Does the German national team fix only apply to games you start AFTER deleting the fake.lnc file?

One the last ones the German NT fix would still apply to current games, but only at the next NT selection. For example if you did the fix in the middle of the WC, they wouldn't have real players for the rest of the tournament, but only at the next selection after the WC.
