What do you do when the boardroom advises you to..

1. choose a coach's best training category
2. looking into players' future as their wages could be better spent at other areas

This is really confusing because
1. there's no "best training category" at the training section
2. I can't find a way to lower the players' salaries.

Someone please help. I'm new to this game.

the coaches will usually tell you their best training category in the pre-season meeting, or backroom advice. To lower the players salaries offer them a new contract
