After securing a record breaking prmotion with my Burnley team and despite the fact the Champagne is still flowing in the changing room I am pressing ahead with my plans for next season. I have built a team using current squad players, some promoted reserve/under 18 players and I have drafted in some unknown but excellent young players.( I'm not an Arsenal fan but I do model my syle on Wenger by snapping up unknown young players and developing them) At current I play 4-2-4 or the 4-5-1/4-3-3 system with the anchor man and 2 inside forwards. I like to play a short passing game but very rarely dominate games possesion-wise. Taking that step up I need to find a system that will help frustrate the bigger teams in the league and help me grind out results. Any advice lads? Also just a quick tip Jay Rodriguez fromBurnley is an amazing player so sign him up!!!
