What graphics folders can i transfer from FM12 TO FM13??

Hi everyone,
Finally got FM13 YAY!!! but what i would like to know before i start the whole install process is what files can i transfer over from my FM 12 folder to Th ennew Fm13? i.e graphics,skins,facepacks backgrounds and any other modifications,etc etc

If somebody could tell me what ones to transfer and which ones not to i would be most greatful troops!!!!
