What is better : several good players or a legend?

Hey guys just wanted to know what is your preferency.
I don't reaaly know what to do in my game, i am playing with Benfica in 2017 and i have a very good transfer budget.

I'd like to buy players but i don't know who exactly as i don't want to make a mistake.
What would you do? invest in a wonderkid or three or four good players...

highlight your weakest areas first and replace them with players that are better then if you have any players getting old sign a wonderkid to bring through and replace him in a few years, some of them can be picked up for next to nothing

On FM it's almost always better to have several good players, and rotate so you're playing the players in the best condition on that day, and can make a sub if one of them isn't playing well.
