What is the BEST tactic to use?

Struggling to find a decent tactic and i'm useless at making my own, was just wondering what the best one is to use? cheers
 
Over 600 hours in the game, about 6-7 saves and had fun to NONE. Succesfull tactics are either ultra attacking or assymetric/weird formations which i hate both. Not a single SOLID (good in defence) AND CONSISTENT 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-1-2-2-1 for underdogs, to implement and stick to and have fun through squad building and success.

So frustrated and dissapointed all those hours for nothing.

For a decent defensive one mate use Callamity, it's what i've always used, got bored of it now though
